Shipping and Returns

We are a small handmade business dedicated to creating quality goods, providing reliable shipping and customer service. Please let us know if there is anything we can do to improve our business.

Orders are processed promptly typically within 1-3 business days of your order. We adhere to processing times noted at the time of ordering. If we have any concerns or questions about your order, you will be notified immediately by the email you provided at checkout.

Orders are generally shipped via USPS first class mail from San Mateo, California which generally takes 3 - 5 business days. For orders weighing over 1 pound, Priority Mail is the shipping method, which generally takes 2 - 4 days. All orders are tracked, and a tracking number will be provided after packages are shipped.

We currently do not offer shipping internationally with the exception of Canada.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for personalized items. For all other items, you may return an unopened / unused purchase within 14 days from receipt of your order. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

HooHoo and Mouse accepts all major credit cards and Paypal.

We are not required to charge sales tax outside of the State of California. Orders placed within California will be subject to a 7.25% sales tax.

We respect and protect the privacy of our customers. Your information is used only to fulfill your order and will not be distributed to third parties.
